Kentucky Professional Photographers Association PhotoProExpo 2011 to be held at Northern Kentucky Convention Center January 21-23
Public welcome to attend trade show, seminars for aspiring photographers & seasoned pros
Covington, KY/January 7, 2011–Seminars conducted by 10 of the world's top photographers will highlight the Kentucky Professional Photographers Association (KPPA) PhotoProExpo 2011 at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center January 21-23.
Three full days of in-depth seminars by world renowned professional photographers will cover topics relevant to both aspiring photographers and seasoned pros, including:
The business side of professional photography also will discussed in several sessions, and a trade show featuring 30+ exhibitors of photography-related products and services will take place Saturday, January 22 (12-4 p.m.) and Sunday, January 22 (9 a.m. – 1 p.m.). Winners of KPPA's 2011 photography print competition also will be on display at the convention center during the 3-day event. The seminars and trade show are open to the general public.
"Anyone who attends will learn how to use their cameras better and they'll see works from some great photographers," says David Ziser, 2011 KPPA president and owner of David Ziser Photography in Edgewood, KY. "We've got 10 world renowned photographers who will be speaking. It's a fantastic opportunity to take your photography or your photography business to the next level," says Ziser, a popular lecturer on professional photography and author of "Captured by the Light," a best-selling book on wedding photography.
Approximately 200 professional photographers from throughout the region are expected to attend PhotoProExpo 2011, including photographers from as far away as Cleveland and Indianapolis.
